I have been photographing special events for 16 years for such companies as Foley's Department Stores, Randalls/Tom Thumb Grocers, Price Waterhouse stockbrokers, County Seat Jeans Stores, Zales and Gordons Jewelers. I can supply references upon request. You can count on me to show up dressed appropriately, neatly groomed and with a friendly professional attitude. I do not have a portfolio of this type of work, because I don't actively pursue this type of work, and I always give my clients all the negatives so they don't have to go through me for reprints. I have 3 ways of photographing your event: 1. roam around your event or party with camera and portable flash and ask people to "smile for the camera, please." 2. position myself by the podium or stage at your special event and "shoot anything that move"...... speakers, entertainers, presentations, award recipients, and so on. 3. I can also set up a portable photography studio with soft studio lights on stands and shoot individuals and groups. I usually prefer choosing an attractive natural background at the location of your special event, but can provide artificial photographer's background upon request for a fee. My Prices: $140/hr. from the time I arrive on the job till the time I leave. Two hour minimum. $48/per roll of 36 exposure film which includes film stock, processing, and double 4x6 prints (72 per roll.... sometime less). Or, if you prefer, $43 per roll for single prints. I usually shoot about 2 rolls per hour, however, I can shoot half that, or double that, upon request. I charge somewhere around $20 for delivery of film and prints.
